BENNY T'S VESTA (originally known as Vesta Fiery Gourmet Toppings) was founded in 2007 by Ben Tuorto, an avid chile and spicy food enthusiast. After 20 years of enjoying all things spicy, his fiery enjoyment came mostly from the use of fresh chile peppers, of all heat levels, with a penchant for the hottest he could obtain. Turned off by the flood of gimmicky and often unpleasant tasting hot sauces and single dimension hot salsas, Ben was inspired to use only fresh chiles and began exposing many friends and family members to his love of adding heat to food. After several years of perfecting the right combination of flavor and heat - Vesta was born.
Available in 2 styles:
Hot Dry Sauce: For the beginner in the world of spicy foods, our Hot variety of Vesta is made with mild to medium hot chiles such as Jalapeño, Serrano, and Thai.
Very Hot Dry Sauce: For the advanced spicy food fan, our Very Hot variety of Vesta is made with hotter chiles such as Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, and Devil's Tongue.

CHURCH STREET CHOCOLATE Wife & husband, Lacey & Charlie, live and operate in North Seattle. They love people and chocolate, and they are working hard to melt these two passions into truly delicious products that you can enjoy over and over. The chocolate bars are handcrafted, delicious to eat and delightful to behold. The bulk of their ingredients are organic, sourced and bought locally, with earth-friendly packaging to boot. Church Street is seeking to be a company that you can support with a clear conscience and enjoy with a warm heart.
Available in the following delicious flavors:
GINGER & FENNEL | The depth of warm flavors inherent in our chocolate pair perfectly with a tang of ginger, the smokiness of toasted fennel, and a crunch of black sea salt. This bar includes a little bit of everything that delights our palates.
NORTHWEST HONEY | This chocolate has a high amount of cacao butter, which makes it both glossy and incredibly creamy. The beans also boast naturally low acidity so the taste is smooth from start to finish. In this bar, we adorn these qualities with sweet strands of local honey and a generous crunch of granulated honey on top.
FORTUNATO NO. 4 | Everyone's palate is unique, but you may taste fruity, floral notes as the chocolate initially melts on your tongue. Though it's a dark, 68% chocolate, you will notice no bitterness or acidity. At the turn of the century, chocolate from this cacao was king of the world market, but was thought until recently to have gone extinct.

E. SMITH MERCANTILE SPECIALTY PANTRY features a collection of our house made favorites from the Back Bar. Our specialty pantry items are carefully sourced and artfully prepared using only the highest quality, mostly organic ingredients.
A special gourmet treat for the palette, we've combined a high quality organic bergamot oil with our classic raw Northwest honey. Drizzle over fresh ricotta or chocolate ice cream with flake salt... you'll be craving more!
Our Northwest honey comes from apiaries tended with care in primarily urban environments throughout the city of Seattle. Every single ounce is 100% raw with just a couple steps from the hive to these jars. Because it is unpasteurized our raw honey will crystallize faster than what you’ll find on the grocer shelf. Keep your new jar of liquid gold somewhere warm (ambient temp 68-70) and close, you’re not gonna want to share! If it does crystallize before you’ve had a chance to get it all, simply give it a really slow warm bath. Simmer water on the stove, use an inverted burner pan on the bottom of the water bath to keep your jar off direct heat and make sure you let it happen slowly; too much heat and you’ll cook out the good stuff. Before long the honey will go back to liquid and you can strain it with cheesecloth (then use the honey crystals you’ve just mined in a butter next time you slather up a slab of toast.) High heat will kill your honey so obviously please: no microwaves.
4 oz of honey in a glass hex jar.
