EKONE OYSTER CO.'s fresh shucked oysters and smoked oysters are harvested from the pristine Willapa Bay estuary where the waters of the Pacific Ocean meet with the fresh water from the rivers and streams flowing out of the Willapa Hills.   Willapa Bay is the most productive coastal ecosystem remaining in the continental United States.  Try our oysters and find out why South Bend claims to be the Oyster Capital of the World.

At Ekone, they offer live in-shell oysters, fresh shucked oysters, smoked oysters and smoked sturgeon.  

Smoked Oysters are freshly harvested from the Willapa Bay, farmed Pacific Oysters are brought directly to their processing plant.  EO Co. have a large steaming vessel in which the oysters are steamed and then opened.  The oysters are washed in a bath of ice water and drained then brined in small batches using strictly fresh all natural ingredients.  The oysters are placed meticulously on stainless smoke racks and smoked using maple wood chips.  All of our products are made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
