House Mystic Megan Skinner will in take you on a journey exploring a different Tarot card each month, including astrology aspects and seasonal themes. And of course, we’ll have medicinal cocktails for you to enjoy, specially concocted to fit our theme. Tuition includes a brief overview of monthly themes, a mini tarot reading with Megan, and our custom cocktail.
Megan Skinner is a professional clairvoyant, astrologer, Tarot card reader and author, with a private practice in spiritual counseling for over 20 years. In addition to sessions, Megan blogs regularly on her website and teaches classes in intuitive development, Tarot, astrology and meditation.

A unique opportnity to taste a variety of sherries from the Alvear house, the world's oldest sherry bodega operating since 1729. Learn the history and process of this delicious, old-world wine followed a by hands-on lesson in classic cocktails using the spirit. Enjoy a tasting and cocktail, expertly paired with traditional Spanish style tapas.
Wines will be available by the bottle or case to recreate your mini journey to Spain at home with your buddies!

Seattle-based, Orasella Maraschino Cherries, are behind the bar at Seattle’s best craft cocktail establishments - Rob Roy, Barnacle, and our very own E. Smith Mercantile. Founded upon the belief that the history of the maraschino cherry deserves to be rewritten, Orasella’s 2016 batch of retail cherries quickly sold out following an article in the Seattle Times. Their now cult following makes this irreplaceable cocktail addition a must-have for any home bar enthusiast.

CHEF DINNER SERIES E. Smith Mercantile welcomes chefs from around the globe for a very special one night culinary experience. The Merc is cleared and we set a large family style table to make way for multiple courses of chef magic.
We're rolling out the brown paper table cloth, turning up our sleeves and bumping up the Springstein. For our third annual in-house chef dinner we're thrilled to bring our ESM fans a good ol' crab boil! Indulge in all the great Pacific Northwest has to offer in its peak season. Fresh caught and expertly paired with fresh, local and organic treasures.
Pre-Order your tickets now, seats are limited. Table seats are for general admission to our family style table and include an amuse cocktail and our full course offering (gratuity and additional beverages are not included). An optional cocktail pairing menu as well as a la carte selections will be offered the night of the event.
