Lunch Time Wellness Hour | Wednesday Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga with Reva Myers
Tired of eating at your desk and want to treat yourself and your body to some energizing and stress-reducing movement? Join us for our new lunch series of "Wellness Hour" yoga and movement workshops. Wednesdays from 12pm to 1pm we'll be joined by Reva Myers for a 60 minute class blending together two energizing styles of yoga: Vinyasa and Hatha. Select the class + catering option at check out for a personalized lunch to take or enjoy after class.
Reva has completed 400 hours of teacher training, 200 in each of these asana studies. She has found a very balanced practice by blending the two together and loves to share this approach with others. Yoga is for EVERY body so, class is taught to all levels of experience. There are layers to every posture and, always an aspect of each posture accessible to everyone. Come with an open mind and meet yourself wherever you are.
The first part of class will get your heart pumping with Vinyasa flow, connecting breath to movement. Towards the end, the longer posture holds of Hatha will help you drop into key poses and build depth in your practice. Class ends with restorative asana and breath work to focus you for the rest of your day. Create some mid-day magic by bringing awareness to body and breath!
