BROWN BUTTER WITH NIBS & SEA SALT: Browned Humboldt Creamery Butter paired with our 73% Northerner Blend, hand sprinkled with roasted cacao nibs and sea salt. Ingredients: Organic Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Butter, Sea Salt

FLEUR DE SEL: Their best selling Dominican 74% Dark with just enough Fleur De Sel natural sea salts to set it off! Ingredients: Organic cacao, organic cane sugar, Fleur De Sel.

MAPLE COCONUT: Shredded coconut caramelized with maple syrup and sea salt paired with our 72% Belize chocolate. Ingredients: Organic cacao, organic cane sugar, coconut, maple syrup & sea salt.

NORTHERNER BLEND: Tasting Notes (Aroma/Flavor/Finish): Dried Apricot / Honey / Cocoa. Ingredients: Organic Cacao & Organic Cane Sugar.

GINGER SNAP: Crumbled bits of handcrafted, spicy ginger snaps made by “Bunches & Bunches” from Portland, Oregon paired with our 74% Dominican Republic. Ingredients:  Chocolate (cacao, cane sugar), Cookie (unbleached enriched all-purpose flour, butter (pasteurized sweet cream [contains: milk, butter]), brown sugar, molasses, eggs, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, allspice, white pepper, cayenne.)
