LILLIE'S Q BARBEQUE SAUCES restaurants started in 2010 by Chef Charlie McKenna.  As a boy he was taught the secrets of his grandmother Lillie´s special sauces. Years later, these unique blends and three generations of southern-style barbeque mastery has netted Executive Chef Charlie numerous national awards including Winner of the coveted Memphis-In-May World Championship Barbeque Cooking Contest.

Available in 3 Styles:

IVORY,sweet and tangy Alabama original! Grandma Lillie adds a pinch of Cajun spice to this Southern sauce, making IVORY just right for everything from chicken to french fries. Use it as a dressing on your homemade coleslaw.  

*Ingredients:  mayonnaise (soybean oil, water, egg yolks, corn syrup, vinegar), apple cider vinegar, lime juice, black pepper, cayenne, and natural spices. CONTAINS SOYBEAN OIL AND EGGS.

CAROLINA has plenty of tradition in this Western Carolina tomato and vinegar sauce. Apple and lime juices are just two of Grandma Lillie’s secret ingredients that give it's time-honored tangy character.

*Ingredients:  Apple cider vinegar, apple juice, worcestershire (distilled vinegar, molasses, water, salt, garlic powder, sugar, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavor), lime juice, mustard, tomato, brown sugar, cayenne, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and natural spices.CONTAINS FISH. (ANCHOVIES)

SMOKY, the sweet and mild Memphis-style elixir that has simmered in Grandma Lillie’s kitchen for generations. Hints of brown sugar and a dash of smoke make SMOKY the perfect compliment for your slow-cooked ribs and tri-tip beef. For a true Southern treat, try some with your homemade mac ‘n cheese.  

*Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, apple juice, worcestershire (distilled vinegar, molasses, water, salt, garlic powder, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavor), lime juice, liquid smoke, mustard, tomato, brown sugar, cayenne, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and natural spices. CONTAINS FISH (ANCHOVIES)

CAROLINA GOLD, The mustard base gives this tangy South Carolina sauce its golden hue. A bit of pepper makes GOLD the perfect match for pork and Chicken. For a true Carolina treat, try it on hot links.

*Ingredients:  Mustard, brown sugar, cider vinegar, ketchup, tomato paste, filtered water, Worcestershire, apple juice, black pepper, distilled vinegar, lime juice, salt and other natural spices.
